- Match fixing or any attempt to unlawfully influence the outcome of an event
- Use of hacking, phishing, or any other unauthorized technical methods
- Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
- Disturbing or harassing other members
- Operating an account using a false identity
Any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy

When basa29 May Close an Account
- Breach of Terms
- Suspected fraud or illegal activity
- If KYC verification has not been completed
- For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months)
If a member wishes to close their own account
